Creamed honey is churned after harvesting to create a thick, rich honey with a creamy consistency. It’s perfect for spreading on toast, crackers, or baked goods.

Mella honey is unpasteurized which means, it is not heated or cooked. All the health benefits of the natural honey is preserved.  Our honey products have naturally occurring pollen which has multivitamin and essential amino acids as well as antibacterial, antiviral, anti fungal, antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
